Hi Mirek, You can do a BudgetOrderService.getBillingAccounts() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/BudgetOrderService#getBillingAccounts> which will return BillingAccounts <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/BudgetOrderService.BillingAccount> which are accessible by the authenticated manager. These BillingAccounts will contain Id and primaryBillingId. Please refer this <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/budget-order#listing_available_billingaccounts> section of guide for better clarity and let me know if you have further questions.
