Hi Olga, The Bid Goal Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/bid-goal-performance-report> include statistics for your own portfolio bid strategies. If you do not have any portfolio bid strategies, then there will be no results that will be retrieved in this report. Also, there is no other alternate report type that you can use as only the Bid Goal Performance Report shows the TargetOutrankShareCompetitorDomain <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#targetoutranksharecompetitordomain> attribute.
