Hello, Thank you for sharing the screenshots. We usually handle concerns in English language. From what I understand, you're looking to setup the Display Network only campaigns, Marketing objectives through the API. If that's the case, it is not possible to do so through the API. You will have to setup them from the AdWords UI.
