Hello Gary, You're right. You will need to have multiple operands for both Positive and Negative AdGroup criterion. You could use AdGroupCriterionService.mutate() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/AdGroupCriterionService#mutate> and select the AdGroupCriterion <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/AdGroupCriterionService.AdGroupCriterion> as BiddableAdGroupCriterion <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion> with Criterion as AgeRange <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/AdGroupCriterionService.AgeRange> to include all positive criterion. To exclude a specific age group criterion, you can use NegativeAdGroupCriterion <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/AdGroupCriterionService.NegativeAdGroupCriterion>.
