Hi Mathieu, You are correct. BudgetOrderService->BudgetOrder->poNumber corresponds to the Purchase Order field but Notes(Optional) field is not supported via AdWords API. Please note that BudgetOrderService.mutate is available on a whitelist only basis <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/budget-order>.
