Hi Tarek, The destination not working means, the destinations are not functioning properly or have been incorrectly set up. Could you please check the troubleshooting guide <https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6368661?hl=en> to fix the 'Destination not working' error. You could also post this question on the advertisers community forum for any additioanl tips on this topic.
