Also, If you consider using the Placeholder Feed Item Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report>, with the attribute endTime <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report#endtime>, you would need to handle it on the output that you receive.
