Hi Jianbo, AdWords API does not localize languages aside from English for the in-market categories or when retrieving them via ConstantDataService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/ConstantDataService>. So to answer your question, I believe that it will only be returned in English.
