Hello Michael, Based on the details shared, it looks like the Policy violation is specific to application <https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6258274?hl=en>. The UniversalAppCampaignAsset setting type COMBINATION indicates that it is a combination of different assets. Please refer to this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/CampaignService.UniversalAppCampaignAsset> for more information. The PolicyTopicEntryType PROHIBITED indicates that the asset will never be served.
