Hi Mathew, Thank you for sharing the logs. This is known issue and our team is actively investigating the issue. As a workaround you could add Address <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/CampaignCriterionService.Proximity#address> along with GeoPoint <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/CampaignCriterionService.Proximity#geopoint> as the Proximity <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/CampaignCriterionService.Proximity> criteria or you could use the AdWords UI to add location criterion.
