Hi Aditi, You can use the CampaignService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/CampaignService> to specify the UrlCustomParameters <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/CampaignService.Campaign#urlcustomparameters> of your Campaigns and you can refer to our Upgraded URLs guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/upgraded-urls> as to how. In the guide, you may choose the Python option in the sample code snippets as reference. I hope this helps.
