Hello Adam, To clarify your question, are you trying to get near real time stats specific to conversion data via the AdWords API? If so, please note that performance data isn’t available instantly in AdWords, and some metrics are only updated once a day. In most cases, your account statistics (such as clicks, conversions and impressions) are delayed by less than three hours. If you are trying to get alerts for certain conditions, you could explore the option of using the Alerting Framework for AdWords demo application <https://www.google.com/url?q=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2Fgoogleads%2Fadwords-alerting&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNFnq8Aw2-cGmEKZacHCO2mMrilTZw> which is an open-source Java framework for large-scale AdWords API alerting.
