Hello Nellle, Based on the how you need the data you may need to download the report as a string or stream. However getting the data directly in that format may not be possible. Please check the code samples in reporting <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib/tree/master/examples/adwords/v201802/reporting> for different available options.
