You should be able to pass custom values in your URLs using CustomParameters 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/CampaignExtensionSettingService.CustomParameters>
 and 
you can find out more about them through our Upgraded URLs 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/upgraded-urls> guide. 
However, if this is not what you are looking for, then, for better 
tracking, could you create a new thread and include more context as to what 
you wish to achieve using the AdWords API?
