However, could you also provide the complete report definition <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#create_a_report_definition> of the Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> you are downloading and the complete SOAP request and response logs of the ConversionTrackerService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/ConversionTrackerService> together with your clientCustomerId so I could further investigate this?
