Hi Tim, Video campaigns are not supported in the AdWords API as stated in this link <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/campaigns-overview#differences_from_the_adwords_ui>, which means that the creation, modifying, removing, etc. of video campaigns is strictly done in the UI only. The link showing video campaigns here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#customer_match_with_email_address> only means that CrmBasedUserList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/AdwordsUserListService.CrmBasedUserList> and its SimilarUserList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/AdwordsUserListService.SimilarUserList> can be used by video campaigns but you would need to do so via the AdWords UI.
