Hi, You cannot upload statistics/metrics via the AdWords API, you can only retrieve them. Please see this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting> on how to generate reports via the API. You can also check the Java reporting examples here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/reporting> which are also available to other languages as you can see in the link.
