Meanwhile, you will be able to use the Placeholder report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#placeholder> or Placeholder Feed Item report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#placeholder-feed-item> to get these extensions through the reports.
