We used to get the country targeted by an offer by searching for the provided *CountryCriteriaId* for that offer in the Geotargets CSV data <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting> looking only or entries with *COUNTRY* as the *Target Type*. Recently, for some offer we get a *CountryCriteriaId* with value *2344* which represents *Hong Kong* which is a *REGION* in the Geotargets data. Shouldn't we get *China* instead as the country targeted by this offer? If this an expected behaviour, what other *Target Type*s should we expect in the *CountryCriteriaId* in the *Shopping Performance Report*?
