Hi James, Could you please enable the logs and share the complete SOAP request and response logs along with the client customer id so that I can troubleshoot the issue? To enable the logs, please refer this Java guide <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib#how-do-i-enable-logging>. The guides in other languages can be found here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries>. You could choose the '*Reply privately to author*' option while responding.
