For your specific request, you could use the KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report> and set your fields with Impressions <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#impressions> , Ctr <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#ctr> and Cost <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#cost> fields and then you can set a filter for Campaigns with the desired CampaignId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#campaignid>.
