The question I asked Deepak to check was: When you issued your request, did you use OAuth2 credentials from a user with access to the manager account that's whitelisted for *BudgetOrderService*? Per the guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/budget-order#manager-client_relationships> : A BudgetOrder can then be created for a client account so long as the manager > making an API request: > Has access to the manager account that owns a particular billing customer. > Has access to the client account that should use the billing customer. > Is whitelisted for BudgetOrderService. Could you check the above and let me know if that doesn't resolve the problem?
