Hi Rajkumar, You could pattern your report on this sample code <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/reporting#download-a-criteria-performance-report-with-awql> provided in the documentation that is also available in the Java client library. You just have to make the necessary adjustments on the code to cater the BUDGET_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/budget-performance-report>. You could also see the fields that are supported for that report in the link provided.
For HTTP POST requests, you may refer to this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#prepare_the_request> on how to do this when downloading reports.
