I am using AdWords JAVA API and while developing an application I've ran into ManagedCustomer limit issue on the test account. I can not create more but I'm also unable to remove ones that were created through API or UI. In fact none of the Managed Customers I've created seem to be visible in the list of the UI. Can I remove unneeded accounts?
