Hi Max, You can use the PolicySummary field <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#policysummary> to retrieve all policy-related information for an ad, including trademark issues. You might find the CombinedApprovalStatus <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#combinedapprovalstatus> field useful as well.
