Hi Sam, Bids can be set only on ad groups and ad group criteria. Since ProductPartition <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/AdGroupCriterionService.ProductPartition> (product group) is a criterion, you could set the bids for your product group by setting the bid at the ad group criterion level. You could use the AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion> service to set the bids for your product group.
