Shopping Showcase AdGroups use CPE bidding --
https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/7316325
but in the API documentation (201802) I cannot find any reference to this.
The types of Bids available are CpaBid, CpcBid, CpmBid:
https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/AdGroupService.Bids
How can I bid on Shopping Showcase AdGroups? Can I use CpcBid or will it
return an error?
