Hello, You're right. These attributes are estimates based on historical stats. These are read only fields and will be ignored when sent to the API. To verify this, could you try creating the same keyword from the API and the UI to see if you see any difference with the Estimated stats? If yes, please share the screenshots along with API SOAP logs for the mutate operation so I can take a look. You can share the details privately via *Reply privately to author* option.
