Hi, If you are using the Basic access <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/ratesheet>, there is a limit of 1000 reports download per day. However, as for the issue of getting empty reports, could you clarify if you set the includeZeroImpressions <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/zeroimpression-structure-reports#including_zero_impressions> to true? Also, to further investigate your issue, could you provide the complete report definition <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#create_a_report_definition> you are using when downloading the report as well as your clientCustomerId?
