Hi Jonathan, The TARGETED_MONTHLY_SEARCHES value in the TargetingIdeaSelector.requestedAttributeTypes <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/TargetingIdeaService.TargetingIdeaSelector> will generate results only for the past 12 months, the current month not included as stated in the link. As for the set date or custom date feature, I'm afraid that this is not supported in the TargetingIdeaService. I am not aware of any other APIs that can retrieve fresher data in the AdWords UI as we only provide support for the AdWords API.
