Hi Markus, As of v201806, the ad rotation <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/ad-features#ad_rotation> feature is supported at the ad group level but not at the campaign level as stated in the provided link. Normally, features in the AdWords API are just mirrored from the AdWords UI, so, the campaign level ad rotation may no longer be available from the UI as well.
