Hello Eran, The AccountUserListStatus <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/AdwordsUserListService.UserList#accountuserliststatus> will only indicate the current status of the share if it is still active or inactive. You will not be able to use this to share audience between manager and client accounts.
