Hi Lulu, To better investigate your issue, could you first confirm if you are setting up OAuth2 credentials <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication> for the AdWords API <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/start> or if you are already making a call using one of the services and encountered an error? If you are indeed using the AdWords API, could you provide more context about the issue and if possible, send to me the complete SOAP request and response logs when you encountered the error?
