Hello, Looks like the error is related to OAuth credentials and refresh token. Could you please confirm that you are following the guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call#set_up_oauth2_authentication> to create OAuth credentials and refresh token? Please note that the account owning OAuth credentials must have access to the account for which API call is made to get campaigns. If the problem persists please share the error logs without redacting any data also specify the client library <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries> you are using. You could use* reply privately to author* option while sharing the details.
