Hello Jia, Through the API, the ConversionTrackerService.get() will return all the list of conversion trackers. You will need to chose the ConversionTracker type as AppConversion <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/ConversionTrackerService.AppConversion> for mobile apps. It is currently not possible to pull the list of specific conversion trackers as available in the UI.
This said, we will not be able to comment as to why other third party trackers are not showing up in the list, it is more of a product level question.
