Hi Ronak, I'm afraid that feature is not supported in the AdWords API and is currently available only in the UI. However, the API supports setting up the message extensions <https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/7172668> with the fields indicated in the link which allows you to see your ad, click an icon, and contact you directly by text message. You may check this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/placeholders#message> for more information.
