Hello Oksana, I was able to generate a Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> for this account and see that the report data match with the UI. I also checked the individual campaign stats and they are in sync with the UI. Attached the sample report from my testing in the private reply. Additionally make sure to set includeZeroImpressions to true to include all the campaigns that have zero impressions. Could you please point me to the exact date range or stats that are not matching so I can take a closer look?
