Hi, The ad group in question was of type DISPLAY_ENGAGEMENT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/adgroup-performance-report#adgrouptype>, which is only supported in AdWords API reports, but not in management services. My suggestion to Tom was to try this operation with an ad group of type *DISPLAY_STANDARD* instead.
