Hey guys, a campaign is missing in our CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT. We've tried to add includeZeroImpressions header but it didn't help. We've been using this report to fetch campaign metrics for a while and it worked perfectly.
I will happily private message campaign id and account id to you. The campaign is very similar to others that are included in the report, the only attribute I've found that could make a difference is bid strategy type set to Target CPM.
