Hi Albert,

You could select the DisplayUrl field for both AdService 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/AdService.Ad#displayurl>
 and AdGroupAdService 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/AdGroupAdService.Ad#displayurl>
 to 
show your display URL. Let me know if you have further clarifications.
