Hi Eric, Unfortunately, Ad Suggestions are currently not supported in the AdWords API. My apologies as I could not provide a comment whether this will be implemented in the future updates. You may keep an eye on our blog <https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/search/label/adwords_api> for updates within the AdWords API.
