Hi, You can try and use the CampaignCriterionService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/CampaignCriterionService#get> to retrieve the list of CriterionUserList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/CampaignCriterionService.CriterionUserList> objects you are targeting in your campaign.
