Hello Mehmet, The Money <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#money_fields_in_reports> field can be set and returned in micro currency units. For example, $1.23 will come back as 1230000 (1.23 x 1,000,000). Micro amounts always refer to the account's local currency. This micro amounts can be set for bids and budgets. If you're referring to the Spending limits <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder#spendinglimit> in a BudgetOrder <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder>, it represents the maximum allowed spend prior to considering any adjustments. This will be for the duration specified in the startDateTime and endDateTime.
