Hi Carmine, The example gets the account hierarchy under the current account. If your current account is a MCC id, this will get all the accounts under that MCC. Could you please elaborate what you mean by 'failure of the method' along with SOAP request and response as well as your client customer id? You may opt to reply privately to author.
