Could you try running Click Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/click-performance-report> for around that Date and see if you are able to pull up the gclid? If you have further questions, could you open a new thread and then reply privately to author with complete SOAP logs including request and response of the above upload, so that I can troubleshoot further?
