You could refer to the attached sample request to upload the conversions. You can substitute your values in the sample request and give a try. If you are facing any issue, please share the API response <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/call-structure#response> and I can take a closer look. You can chose 'Reply privately to author' option while responding.
