Hi, You can use the CustomerService.getcustomers() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerService#getcustomers> API call without specifying the client customer Id in the request header. This will return details of all the customers directly accessible by the user authenticating the call. Also, you can use the ManagedCustomerService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/ManagedCustomerService#get> API, which will give you all the accounts which are linked to your MCC account.
