Hello, AdWords API does not have a service to populate the value required for keyword planner and results from the API directly into google spreadsheets. My suggestion is to check with the AdWords scripts <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/adwords-scripts> team as it might be possible via AdWords scripts. You could post your question on their forum <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/adwords-scripts>.
The shared screenshot fetches the search volume and forecasts data for a specific keyword. You could use TrafficEstimatorService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/TrafficEstimatorService> of the AdWords API to get traffic estimates of a specific keyword. You could refer the code sample EstimateKeywordTraffic <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201809/optimization/EstimateKeywordTraffic.java> in Java, and code samples in other languages can be found here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries>.
