Hello Shlomi, Every time a new account created, you need to make sure the "Conversion account" cell is pointing to "This manager" as mentioned in the step-2 of this guide <https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/3061730?hl=en&ref_topic=7280764>. Also, we cannot setup the cross account conversion tracking via API, so you have to do it manually via UI. If you have any questions while setting up the cross account conversion tracking for the newly created and existing accounts, please contact the AdWords help from the top right corner of your AdWords account or can post your concern on the Advertiser community forum <https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-Ads/ct-p/google-ads#>.
