However, before proceeding with the investigation on your issue, could you confirm if you are using the AdWords Scripts <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/your-first-script> when generating the Url Performance Report? Upon checking on your code, it seems like you are using the AdWords Scripts. If so, I would suggest you to post your concern in the AdWords Scripts Forum <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/adwords-scripts> instead as they are better equipped to assist you with this issue.
